What we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for the free card or a paid plan. It's how we deliver the product.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only your email, what you bought, and your subscription status.
• Preferences on your own device — your saved email, chosen model and board filters live in your browser's local storage, on your machine, and are not transmitted to us except as needed to unlock your picks.
• Standard server logs — IP address and requests, via Cloudflare, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To send the emails you signed up for, unlock what you paid for, keep the service secure, and answer your support requests. That's the list.

What we share

Your data goes only to the vendors that run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We'd disclose data if a valid legal process required it.

Email choices

Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all mail from us immediately.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your subscription or free membership is active. To delete your data entirely, email [email protected] and we'll remove your records, except payment records Stripe requires us to retain for tax and legal purposes.

Age

You must be of legal betting age where you live (21+ in most US states, 18+ in some jurisdictions). Gambling problem? Call or text 1-800-GAMBLER. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal betting age.
